Yep, the shiniest trumpet - for the first 6 months. The problem with heavy trumpets is that unless they are really well tuned, the honeymoon is over after 8 weeks.

Shinny Germany brass....made in China. Does Germany export brass for Chinese instrument making?

@Niner No, that's just Chinese brassiness at bringing Germany in...

The description calls it a French horn and a baritone?
              Looks like a trumpet.
Way over priced! Maybe? Looks exactly like some of the $300 trumpets
Probably plays pretty well but for that price it’d probably be a let down

Very true, I have a Taylor Chicago 46 Magnum Max, at just over 4 lbs the heaviest horn I own, played it at a couple of gigs and a week long music camp, Got it out last week and found I could not hold it up for more than 30 seconds.

                Regards, Stuart.

I bet the $79 trumpets play better.

Read the seller's feedback. You might be surprised.

About a year ago, on the other site, someone had posted a video about a trumpet brand that started with the letter A Antosia? Or similar. It was basically a G Bugel. I ALMOST bought one. Still might some day. About $1600 in Lacquer and Gold was an option on IT for only a little more. Nothing wrong with this for what it is, i bet it plays well enough, but if i were to want st spend money on a gold horn, it would not be this one;)

Not my experience at all. I have had my Harrelson Summit now for a year and a half and it feels as comfortable as ever. It plays as softly and as sweet as any horn I own, that is if I let it. Because like a well tuned sports car taken out on the open road, you can really open it up at an instant.

But maybe that's because I weight lift!
