This home has been for sale in my region for quite a number of years. A co-worker told me it was originally 4x its current price. Still hasn't sold...can't imagine why!

Hmm, no heating OR cooling data. Is it even wired??? 0 down, 0% interest and no payments for 5 years, one could do it.
