It's just a tweek thing I hope. But as more folks join and more links are posted to other information, I've noticed the link does not open in another tab, but in the same tab replacing the TB page. Can't tell you how many times I've closed a tab once finished and wondered, "Where'd my TB page go"??? I don't know how easy that is to fix, but it would be nice if it worked that way, at least for me. ☺ ☺ ☺ Thanks!

I found the same annoyance. I would then right-click on the link and select "Open link in new tab." It'll be nice not to have to do that; it's so tiring having to press two mouse buttons instead of just one, plus the loss of time, not to mention the mental exhaustion involved.

An aside concerning the oTHer forum. In the past you could "view posts since last visit," open a link, and then "go back" to the list. Now if you do that, the "go back" sends you to "You cannot make another search so soon after your last; please try again in a short while." So I've gotten in the habit of right-clicking to open the links in new tabs.

It's one thing when there's room for improvement, another thing when something that worked fine before gets messed up.

I noticed that too. I think it's because Microsoft no longer supports the Windows 95 format of TH!! 😉

I've just taken to right clicking and opening everything in a new tab on the oTHer site. It's a habit that has carried over to this board too.

Please go to your user settings and make sure "Open outgoing links in new tab" is enabled. It is now enabled by default on new users.
