Moving to a much cooler climate .
I am moving next week from Houston Texas to Youngstown Ohio ..Driving with my Wife , my little yorkie dog Max in front seat of course and 5 of my horns in my car trunk .3 trumpets 2 cornets .So I was concerned about cold weather .Can very cold weather do some damage to the horns.They are all in hard cases .Thank you Anthony

@Anthony-Lenzo sorry for all the questions about corks but did you have remove left over cork or glue and did you have to glue the new corks in or just push them in? Thanks again.

Replacing cork on trumpet
Is it possible to replace a cork on a trumpet water key , without removing the water key..what I mean is just taking the old cork out and putting in a new one. Thank you Anthony

Any one own a Conn.Coprion trumpet Director model ? How do you like it is it a good trumpet .I use mine on alternate practice days it seems to get into the upper registers.I picked one up at a garage sale for 90 dollars.Any comments much appreciated.Anthony

Oiling your trumpet.
Is it possible to oil your trumpet too much? I brought a brand new Yamaha Xeno and it came with a manual that tells you to oil the pistons before and after you play .It seems a bit much , what do are experts think on trumpet boards ? Also is putting oil down the lead pipe a good idea to prevent red rot ? Thank you Anthony
