No it's not. It presupposes that the third party is a lamb. What if they're all wolves or all sheep? Works in other counties and is a heck of a lot more democratic. I'm tired of the premise of "one man, one vote" being a farce.

I'm not convinced a "true democracy" is the answer.
I seem to remember studying this in school at one point. We read a book where the author described Republicanism as the virtuous form of government, while absolute democracy was the antithesis. Can't remember the author, now. Wish I did.

I remember making a bet with a pre-law student that claimed pre-med was easy. So our bet was I would take a 300 level Political Science course and he would take the 100 level General Chemistry course and see who had the better grade at the end. So I took "The American Congress" and got a B+. I liked it so much (so different than Chemistry) that I took the next course in the series "The American Presidency". I got an A+ in that course. To this day, my friend has YET TO TAKE A CHEMISTRY course. This has only reinforced my belief that lawyers are whimps!
