            I mean the hair styles and clothing. Wagner and Parton would've fit right in with the Welk crew.

                It's on PBS every Saturday here. I watch it because Welk had a lot of damn good musicians in his band and some really talented singers, too. But Welk himself was a bit on the corny side in my view anyway. But hell, it is the only commercial big band music on tv these days.
