Monette Unity Bb trumpet DM6LD mouthpiece with Lightweight Unity Body.

I've had this mouthpiece for about 2 months and used it only a handful of times. It's in nearly new condition with only some very minor insertion marks on the shank.

Why are you selling it, what is it that you don't like about it ? I sold all my old B6LR/BLMR Monettes as I've been using Lotus now. I was thinking of trying a DM-6LD

@stan-harrison I’m playing a SoloMax now and find that the Lotus mouthpieces work better with the Lotus horn.

I've been paying a Lotus Lead/Solo since March 2018. And I am nowusing lotus MP's and I sold all of my Monettes. B.J Cord at Monette thought I might like the DM-6DL. I'll stick to my lotus, 3L, 3M, 3FL, 3FXL

I am new here. I know this post is old but it has not been removed. I saw that the forum protocol is to remove an ad if an item is sold.

I was searching for a Monette UNITY DM6LD and this post was in the google search results. I then joined trumpetboards.

I play a unity B6-7. I would like to buy the DM6LD if still available. I believe it has a similar rim to the B6-7.

Although I am new here, I have a large amount of feedback on other sites and can easily be verified.

If it is not available, I am sorry to have resurrected such an old post.

@sonicimpact it is great to have you here on this site for this specific reason or many more for which you wish to contribute.

If resorecting this thread does not work, I would recommend contacting Jason Harrelson and letting him know your interest in this mouthpiece. He may have it scanned in his modular system to reproduce this for you.

I had him reproduce a vintage Jettone Studio B with his modular system and it feels and plays like the original. And with his modular design exchanged a more open backbore that allows the endurance to play lead charts for a 4 hour gig. The original Jetone had a lot of resistance that would start fatigue me after an hour. The modular gave me the performance of the original but with the endurance of being on steroids.
