Look at the instrument in the main photo. Is that a flugelhorn?

It is really conical like a flugel, but it is longer. Quite a bit longer. Look at the length of the valve slides.

Might be a bass trumpet / valve trombone.

I think he’s had it for a few years now.
He has a few oddball horns like this one that aren’t on stage as often. Look up his “Jean” flugel.
