Martin Committee Trumpet

Long time no posting, life got in the way) Thinking about selling my 1940-1941 pre war Committee. Looking at feebay, i see some cheap prices, these usually have patches on them, and some for 8000 donuts. This is one of the first Committee's, having standard spit valve levers. Much Lacquer wear, tiny scratches 2-3 pencil eraser sized dings. Looks to be an unmolested, unrestored original trumpet that works and plays well. I will try and post pics in next day or two. Dont really want to sell, but its more horn than my imited playing ability deserves)
Actually, an Olds Ambassador is Better than i need)

@N1684T Your ad is better off in the Classifieds. I'll move it there.

Yes, one of these trumpets could be quite valuable. I remember seeing them going for $3000+ a few years back. Of course, tell a cellist that you saw an instrument for $3000 and they'll wonder if it's a child's toy.
As far as pictures go, you literally just have to "drag-n-drop" them into your post. It's that simple.
And personally, I think you deserve the best trumpet you can afford. No sense spending your time on a sub-par instrument. But hey, if you want to sell it my forum is one place to try. TrumpetHerald has a much more active marketplace, but good luck trying to get photos uploaded on that site.

Toby Lou is here [see below] but has not posted since April this year. He is one of the members I actually had the chance to meet in person. He came to a gig I was playing in Dayton with my quintet.
