Dorothy Baker’s book was tranlated to French by Boris Vian under the title « Le jeune homme à la trompette ». Vian was not only a great writer and poet, he was also a renowned jazz critic, and a trumpeter, playing in the style of... Bix!
The translation is far better than the original, for those who can read the text in both languages.

OK: first try, the same error message, but second try is successful!

I have already uploaded several pictures, but now it is impossible.

The error message says "max 2048 Kb.
I used to resize pictures to less than 2000 x 2000 pixels and it worked fine.
But right now I cannot upload any picture...

Just as there is a Martin Committee Club, why not create a new group, for owners of horns made by Roy Lawler (probably more restricted since Mr Lawler has stopped almost all his production), also for any member interested in that brand?
