Buescher Aristocrat 244 - Date?

Some years ago, I got my hands on a Buescher Aristocrat Bb trumpet, model 244, serial number 634xxx. Yellow brass with nickel silver leadpipe, octagonal finger buttons and top and bottom valve caps, and trombone style water keys on both main and 3rd valve slides. Model 244 is not included in the Buescher catalogues published in horn-u-copia - even though later models as the 265 and 266 are - and the serial numbers list dates my instrument - which has all the style elements of a late art nouveau or Bauhaus instrument - at late 1975... Can anyone shed light on this mystery?
