Holton 605 cornet finger buttons

Recently bought a Holton 605 Shepherds crook cornet. It was missing finger buttons and top caps.
Also have a Holton 602 cornet and used the top caps for the 605.
Unfortunately the valve stems, piston valves are not interchangeable between the cornets.
This week I will be having a tech install 1st slide thumb saddle and 3rd slide fixed ring.
Any suggestions, if he is unable to find finger buttons that fit.
