This is a Stomvi USA model Bb Trumpet. It is the forerunner / precursor to the Stomvi S3 model. This is a great all round horn with a full sound...not dark.
Parts were manufactured in Spain and then assembled at the Stomvi USA plant in California.
It's a wonderful player with a very even scale and an easy blow with a rich full tone. This exact trumpet was reviewed by Jonathan Milam...see YouTube video link (More Info) for his review of the horn.
The horn presents with better than 95% bright silver plate with no large dings or dents. According to the previous owner, it has had some bell flare repairs due to a small distortion that happened during shipping, but no scarring, and I personally can't find the repair. There is some wear on the valve button tops.
The bell flair measures 5 1/8" so it a little larger than your standard Bb.
The horn sports a ML bore, reverse leadpipe, Stomvi 27 bell (think Bach 72), 2 Amado water keys & gold plated valve tops and top and bottom caps.
This will be shipped without a case or mouthpiece.
