For those who don't know the name, Hakan is arguably the best classical trumpeter in the world. He is the one person to call if a piece is written that's so hard, other trumpeters go running for the door. He's one of my favorites so much that my daughter got me an autographed picture of him for my birthday(way cool!). He's more than scary good. He's the classical Godzilla in the room. My suggestion? Competition has no place in music and has ruined many musicians. Intelligent, routine work that has a vision is far healthier. Check your ego at the door and learn from this guy. His advice will only make you better.
