Hey everyone, hope you all are having a wonderful Christmas season so far. We'll, I used to be a long time TM member under name acarcido. Miss all my old buddies from there and the great posts and all the historical data. This forum has a similar TM feel.
So I'm a comeback player and have now been at it for 15 years. I play for fun with friends and church groups but haven't been at it that much due to work responsibilities as of late. So now I'm just jamming out with some neighbors who also do it for fun. Gotta say, we have a blast. We have a tenor sax, drummer, keyboard player and myself on trumpet. Our neighbors haven't complained so far. That has to be somewhat positive. Anyways, name is Art and I hope you have a great weekend.

So great to have you back with much of the old gang. To me, it has the same feel a TM. Most friendly. I was only kicked off once. Still full of the same piss and vinegar as I have always been.

@Dr-GO thanks man. It does feel much the same. Remember the horn porn pics. That was the best. Anything like that here?

Many horn posts of beautiful instrument, my favorite being copper horns: https://trumpetboards.com/topic/128/copper-is-cool?page=1

@Dr-GO I think I'm going to enjoy this forum. Thank you

@acarcido When administrator created TrumpetBoards, a few former TrumpetMaster members discovered it and spread the word among other former members with whom they had maintained contact or otherwise spread the word about the new trumpet forum. Since then, TrumpetBoards has developed into a warmer and notably less contentious community than its predecessor, and additional TrumpetMaster members stumbled across it along the way, you among them.
Some are sadly no longer with us, and I still wonder what happened to familiar TrumpetMaster members who have neither gravitated toward this community nor to Trumpet Herald. I remember you, and I'm glad that you finally found us. Welcome! Or is it welcome back?

@J-Jericho thank you and I too remember you as well. Looking forward to reacquianting with many of you fine folk on here. Again, thank you for the welcoming comments and I'll be sharing as time progresses.
