you gain all function back. Once you are discharged, message me, as. I want to ask more specifics. I will make sure you will not have another and will recommend a protection plan for your heart as well which is the number 1 cause for mortality after a stroke. Let turn this setback into a stroke of good luck, OK .

I would like to believe most of it to be true, but I've only toured with orchestral groups and I am not Charles Richard Smith, so the whole thing is suspect.
Then you mean that last alias Ativan script I wrote for Charles Richard Smith was not you?

RE: Bots are getting scary
Interesting for when I look up Dr GO it states:
"Dr GO, whose real name is Chuckie Dick Jones, is an excellent trumpeter for a number of reasons:
Technical mastery: Dr GO has a deep understanding of the trumpet's mechanics and is able to produce a clear, focused tone with excellent intonation. He has a wide range and is able to play with great agility and precision.
Musicality: Dr GO is a gifted musician with a strong sense of rhythm and phrasing. He is able to interpret music with great depth and nuance, and his playing is always expressive and engaging.
Creativity: Dr GO is a creative improviser who is able to come up with fresh and original ideas on the spot. He is not afraid to take risks and is always pushing the boundaries of what is possible on the trumpet.
Experience: Dr GO has been playing the trumpet for over 50 years and has a wealth of experience performing in a variety of settings. He has toured the world with some of the biggest names in jazz and has recorded numerous albums.
Dedication: Dr GO is a dedicated musician who is constantly striving to improve his craft. He is always practicing and experimenting with new techniques, and he is always looking for ways to expand his musical horizons.
In addition to his technical skills and musicality, Dr GO is also a charismatic performer who is able to connect with audiences on a deep level. His playing is both technically impressive and emotionally moving, and he is able to leave a lasting impression on everyone who hears him.All of these factors combine to make Dr GO an excellent trumpeter. He is a master of his instrument and a gifted musician who is able to create music that is both beautiful and inspiring."
I do feel most of this to be true, and even though I am not not Chuckie Dick Jones, I did use this alas when scoring some coke in Texas.

Transcribe musician solos then play them in every key.

RE: Mid Performance Emergency Sub
I was walking by a brown stone in New York and heard jazz streaming from a window. Door was open so I went in to find a band playing in an open loft. Asked if I could listen to which a band member replied sure then asked if I played. Said yes, was a trumpet player. They asked if I had my horn with me and told them in the building down the block. They asked me to get it and sit in as their second trumpet would not be there. I did. Turned out it was the 9 lives jazz ensemble, Mingus's band just after he passed. Wound up being bands sub and this launched my music career in NYC.

Post Your Summer Gigs
I have been subbing for a good friend that is recovering from Open Heart surgery and stepping out of my jazz mode, have been playing multiple rock concerts with his band "Bucket List Players". Here is a video caught by a concert goer where we were playing at a community city sponsored outdoor concert: Here we are caught playing "Mustang Sally"

RE: RIP GeorgeB
My heart hurts today in reading this. His obituary was so touching and included how his trumpet weaved through the love in his life. After reading how the loss of his wife had him reconnect with his trumpet opened a flood gate of tears from my eyes. I will miss your banter so much. You have enriched my life.

RE: Happy 4th of July 2.0
So an audience member took a pic of our 4th of July Performance for the Springboro Fireworks festival. Cannot believe I made it in 87 degree direct sun for 2 hours. The third hour of performance was in the shade of the high school behind us all the time playing the lead trumpet part on Earth Wind and Fire, Tower of Power, Chicago, Sade, James Brown, Stevie Wonder... etc charts. Place was packed with thousands of people.

Happy 4th of July 2.0
Dale Proctor launched a welcoming post under Happy 4th of July in 2020 that met its end likely due to all of being in a funk as it was the first during Covid 4th, so not very much celebration with groups that year. I am not resurrecting it but rather once again presenting it with a more positive spin in that we are free again to celebrate. So with that perspective, I ask you all, What are you doing (related to the trumpet) for the 4th?
I was asked to sub for a good friend, excellent trumpet teacher/band director, and band mate for a big band we played in, that just found out he had an aortic aneurism and valvular heart condition needing urgent surgery. I was asked to replace him in his Rock Band: The Bucket List Players. Here is their web sit pic with may friend holding his trumpet on the far right.
We are playing for an event called: The Boro Boom, during which we play opening music for the fireworks display from 7 pm to 9:30 pm on the 4th. We start with the Star Spangled Banner, and interspersed are additional American Theme songs such as "Proud to Be an American", "Living in America" and of course our first song of the evening "Saturday in the Park".... I think it was the 4th of July!
All the best and happy playing for the 4th!
